Windows to Linux, Intel to Power

We have 12 Domino 7 (will be upgraded to Domino 8 in Q1/2008) servers running on Windows 2003 Enterprise Intel x86. Our plan is to use SUSE Linux with Power6 CPUs on any new server, and also to consolidate the 12 servers into 3 servers (1 for each horizontal world region: Americas, Europe, Asia).
